About Julia
Julia Whitehouse (BA) is an award winning filmmaker based in London, Barcelona and Belfast. She has directed, co-directed and written a number of Fiction and Documentary short films for publication, charities and film festivals. Her most notable collaborators have been, Otoxo Productions, BBC Radio, El País, Frontline, Coram and Spain in English.

She has a passion for storytelling through audio visual media and highlighting voices and topics which are typically under-represented in the media. Julia is an expert when it comes to working with children, and she enjoys bringing these skills on set with children.

Julia is currently working with Otoxo Productions and has co-directed three social documentaries for publication.
